I reserve the right to charge additional fees that were not included
on my original invoice/estimate
due to unforeseen circumstances. These
charges will be determined by their value in terms of my time and their
complexity.
These charges typically occur due to emergency pet illnesses
in which, if at all possible, you will be made aware
of the circumstance
and the charges before action is taken.
